Eugene, OR, United States for Wandering Goat Coffee Co.

Did you read my post about the Barmuda Triangle? Well if you did then you read about the fact that you will need a strong black cup of coffee to help shake off the morning after hangover. The Wandering Goat is the place to go. Located in the Whiteaker District and next door to the Eugene Grain Mill, The Wandering Goat serves up quality brew that they roast in the back. Upon walking in and hearing The Germs lightly serenading the other patrons, I knew I was in the right place. After ordering from the long-haired metal head baristo behind the counter I slunk in to a seat at the bar lining their front window and soaked up the atmosphere. The fellow patrons varied from someone making an attempt to look like an early frontiersman to college students and the occasional middle-class yuppie. The walls were covered in unique art, there was a stage that I later found out it where they very regularly host local bands. This is the closest one can get to getting a true Eugene experience and totally worth if for both the coffee and people watching.

Have you done this? What can you add to this jrrny?
