Goa for Yoga Teacher Training

1. Accommodation and Location:

The students and teachers will be residing in Diya Yoga’s training centre where the rooms are fully equipped with Private AC and non AC rooms consisting of comfortable beds, and attached bathrooms. The total cost of each room is inclusive of breakfast and lunch except for Sundays. If on any day, extra cleaning or other services are required, the front desk is ready to offer a helping hand.


2. Food:

The training center provides freshly cooked vegetarian breakfast and lunches a day. The menu varies on a day-to-day basis and consists of organic foods sourced from the in-house farm. The breakfast includes fresh fruits, herbal tea, fruit juices, and porridge. While the lunch includes Dal (beans), soups, vegetables, salads, brown rice, and healthy sweets.

4. Yoga Alliance Syllabus:

Students commend Diya Yoga’s teacher training course manual – an incredible source with detailed guidelines of each asana including different poses and its benefits, techniques, alignments, and precautions to be taken. Besides, the syllabus also covers Anatomy and Meditation to have a healthier life. The students will also be taught the moral values and ethics for practicing yoga as an instructor. Once the course ends, every student receives an accredited 200-hour yoga alliance certificate which holds eligible to work as a yoga instructor.


5. Fee:

Fee for the 200-hour program will vary depending on the option of accommodation and food. Here are a few options listed below:

a) Without accommodation and food – 850 Euro

b) Shared Room – 1299 Euro

c) Private Room – 1600 Euro

d) AC Private Room – 1900 Euro


6. Certification:

Diya Yoga accredits this course, and every student will get Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, which makes them eligible to teach and practice Yoga.
