Kona, HI, United States for Manta ray dive, Golf, Beach, Wapio Valley Hike, Open Mic, Celebrate Anniversary, Chill

Arrived to Kings Land in Waikaloa late Sunday night. Spent a lot of time at the pool but managed to hit Hapuna Beach where the Costco boogie board promptly snapped in two.
Drove down the steepest road ever to Wapio Valley (4×4 only) and spent time at the beach. Stopped at Hawaiian Style Cafe for brunch on way home. They serve a mean breakfast and the largest order of pancakes and bacon I’ve ever seen.
Went to Open Mic night at the Big Island Brewhaus and listened to an awesome band and then watched my daughter perform a couple songs. Great beers and fantastic garlic fries!
Celebrated 17 year anniversary at the Four Seasons for dinner. Incredible.
Drinks at sunset at the Lava Lava Beach club in Waikaloa on the beach is also a must.
If you need Mac related help as we did with a phone issue. Hit up Mac Made Easy behind Costco. We were able to shop while they fixed the phone just before closing. Great service!
My wife could not resist feeding the local cats, so we had guests every morning waiting for breakfast and returned at night for dinner.

Insider Tip

Have breakfast/brunch at Hawaiian Style Cafe. If you do nothing else, do the Manta Ray night dive/snorkel with Big Island Divers. It was a family favorite!
