London, England for the Buckingham Palace

I started off my day grabbing the free breakfast from the hostel LHA, as I walked around exploring the new city I was in, I stumbled upon Buckingham Palace. For those who do not know, this is the home of Queen Elizabeth II. During the summertime it is open for tours. I did not get this opportunity as I was there in the off season. I have always seen photos of the emotionless guards, which I was not for sure would be totally accurate, but to my surprise as I walked around the grounds, you see the stern faced guards around every corner. It was quite the experience. The palace is an architectural feat to say the least, as I walked I gazed upon the moulding around the edges of the building and admired how beautifully the building was designed.
