Madrid, Spain for Avila and Segovia Day Trip

I love Spain! It has such a fascinating history and culture that is unmatched. I was in Madrid, decided to soak up some of this culture by taking a day trip to Avila and Segovia. Avila is a walled city and Spain’s best-preserved 11th-centurey fortified town. It is also known as the City of Stones and Saints. After spending around half of the day we went to Segovia, it has beautiful features like their two-tiered Roman aqueduct and its Moorish fort, it even has some amazing Gothic Cathedral. We even had a gastronomic meal at a local fine dining restaurant.
