While visiting a friend in New York City I wanted to check out some sites that were a little off the beaten path. Although I have been to many museums in the city I wanted to check out some of the transit history. I took a day trip to the historical City Hall Station. It is a beautiful abandoned New York subway station built in 1904. The station was full of lovely people and the chandeliers that line the station are amazing! I highly recommend you check this exhibit out if you are ever in New York City.
