North Bend, WA, United States for Little Si Day Hike

A nice weekend with no rain in the forecast is rare for Washington, especially in the winter months, but I took full advantage of the sunny brisk weather. Little Si is the perfect winter hike. Not too easy and not too hard, perfect to get back in shape for the upcoming spring hikes. Unlike the majority of hikes in the area, Little Si is not covered in snow so it is prime for all experience levels. With that being said, Little Si is quite popular so I recommend that you get there early, preferably right at sun rise to miss the crowd. Pack a lunch and enjoy the views of the surrounding valley. You definitely deserve it after that last steep three quarters of a mile.
