A little strange but I had to see it for myself, what constitutes the smallest park in the world. In SW Portland there is an intersection with a center divide and guess what… that is exactly where the smallest park in the world resides. I was in SW Portland so I took a short walk over to “Mill Ends Park”. It measures to be exactly 452 square…. INCHES. It was actually meant for a light pole. The micro park changes quite a bit but usually boasts a mini tree and some bushes.
