In the city that is famous for its medieval architecture, historical museums, and churches, Petrin Hill is amazingly serene and scenic sight of lush green garden, best embrace the natural tranquility and fresh air. Hill provides an incredible 360 view of the whole city at its best, viewing Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, etc. The hill and park is a great way to escape from urban routine and to enjoy beautifully blooming rose gardens and amazing walk on wonderful shady paths and trails. Some magically beautiful gardens are also there at the top, with some really nice cafes and food.
Petrin Hill is an escape for people of Prague. This hill was one of King Charles’ vineyard, that is a now the top most favorite attraction of the city. Petrin tower is like a mini replica of Eiffel Tower in Paris, that serves as the TV tower.
I just wander around the gardens, as I live being close to nature, and slowly walk up through the narrow winding steps to have panoramic view and breath in the fresh air around. I would really recommend this place to everyone, especially in the summer season.
