Yosemite Valley, CA, United States for Photography

I visited Yosemite National Park in June 2016 to attend a photography workshop. Our group of 12 all piled ourselves into the mini van and headed out to Tunnel View and Glaicer Point before sunset on our first day. The next day our group of photographers migrated across Tioga Pass. We stopped at Olmstead Point and Tenaya Lake before grabbing lunch at Tioga Gas Mart and Whoa Nellie Deli. We ordered fish tacos and lobster taquitos. They were served piping hot from the kitchen. This was also s good spot to fill up on gas and picnic supplies. Full and satisfied, we drove back onto Tioga Pass and made a brief stop at Tioga Lake. We attracted a lot of attention because we carried a lot of photographic gear. Our intention was to catch sunrise and sunset. That meant we had really long days staying out shooting. Nonetheless, Yosemite had been and will always be beautiful.
